I’m Andrea R. Ciobanu, a Romanian filmmaker in London, drawn to the places where memory slips into myth. My work drifts through folklore, silence, and the surreal, stories carried by music, colour, and the pulse of what’s left unsaid.

A graduate of the National Film & Television School and the London Film School’s Screenwriting MA, I write and direct films that linger like half-remembered dreams.

I also design costumes for shorts and features, using fabric as a storytelling tool to extend the emotional and mythic worlds of my films.
